SHIPPING INFORMATION

Free Standard Shipping on All Orders within the Continental US

For Jewelry and In Stock Items: Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day.

All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped. Orders submitted before 11am CST with Overnight or Two-Day shipping methods selected will ship the next business day. 

For Most Clothing and Pre-Order Items: Payment must be received when billed by Crave & Envy, and this secures your item. When we receive shipment information from the vendor, you will be contacted with a possible delivery date. Once your purchase ships, you will receive an email notification.

All shipping charges are non-refundable. No exceptions.


RETURN POLICY

We provide FREE RETURN SHIPPING (within the Continental US).  

Any unworn merchandise you would like to return for a full refund must be sent back to Crave & Envy within 10 business days of receipt of product. Items are eligible for an exchange for up to 30 days after the receipt of product.

All returned packages must include the securely packaged merchandise, the original invoice, and a completed return form.

Please allow up to 15 business days for your exchange or return to be processed. Business days are Monday-Friday except for federal holidays. Return processing begins after your package is delivered to us.

All sales are final on permanently discounted or marked down merchandise. Sale or clearance items are NOT eligible for return or exchange.


RETURNS FOR GIFTS WITH PURCHASE

Any product purchased during a promotion related to a "gift with purchase" can be exchanged for the full value of the invoiced price. If the exchange is below the promotional gift threshold, the gift must be returned or you will be charged for the full price of the gifted product.  Gifted product cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

WARRANTIES

By purchasing goods from Crave & Envy. you are entering into a legally binding agreement with our company on the following terms.  Please read and understand these terms as they affect your rights and liabilities. Please unpack and inspect your order immediately. Any and all claims must be reported within 5 business days. Our goal is to provide you with Boutique Clothing and high quality jewelry and accessories. We warrant the pieces to be free from defects in workmanship and materials at the time of delivery.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged items after the delivery has been accepted.
